It's always pleasure going to Stihl Osbourne Park. They're the only Stihl shop in Perth with arboriculture climbing gear and their customer service is quality. Had a cutting problem with my Stihl chainsaw. Rang up spoke to Zak. Said bring it in . I said see you in about 20 minutes. Got there was a little busy. Soon as Zak had time, he took my saw around back. New chain and filed the chain bar.
Service was excellent. Chainsaw is cutting perfectly.
Definitely be going back again to Osborne Park Stihl.

I recently had a series of disappointing experiences at a Stihl shop that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, it seemed like my inquiries were more of an annoyance to the staff than an opportunity to assist. When I presented them with specific issues, the responses I received were lackluster and generic, failing to address my concerns adequately.

Furthermore, I was taken aback by the pricing. After comparing with other providers, it became evident that their service is the most expensive in the city, which might have been justifiable had the customer service been exceptional. Unfortunately, it was far from it. The level of customer service I experienced was abysmal, marked by a palpable lack of interest and engagement from the staff.

I believe everyone deserves a chance to rectify their mistakes, but after multiple visits, the pattern of poor service was undeniable. For anyone considering this shop, I strongly recommend exploring other options. Your time, money, and peace of mind are valuable, and there are other businesses out there that will treat them as such. It's a win for you to find a service provider that respects and values your patronage.

Went in for a new climbing harness for work.

Staff were unknowledgeable and not too helpful. Spent the majority of my visit online doing my own product research.

Failed to return a call when details were left regarding alternative products.

Better off at ropes access or shopping online.
