What a great job. I am so pleased with the quality and the space that has been created. Installers Brett and Kayo were terrific, nothing was a problem. I had a great experience with Attix!

I desperately needed some additional storage space, but had been advised by another company that there wasn’t enough room in my roof space due to some renovations completed many decades ago.

Stuart did a more thorough inspection of our roof and came up with a way to ensure we could get some storage.

Throughout the process, from quoting to installing Attix were great. They were on time, and finished when they said they were going to finish. It was also reassuring to know that qualified builders were involved in the process.

From the moment I walked into the showroom I have been impressed with the enthusiasm everyone seems to have. From dealing with the owner, to the installers and even the receptionist. Nothing was to much trouble. The guys doing the fit out were always on time and very polite and tidy and did a great job ...even though it was almost 40 degrees! A project well executed!!
The Attix team has been fantastic to deal with from the very beginning. The team was very patient, knowledgeable and non-pushy. Their pricing was very competitive and having a showroom to visit and see the setup in person was more helpful than just seeing a few photographs. They were quick to do a site visit and provide a quote. I didn't have to engage with any other tradesmen as they took care of all the jobs.
They cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Now we have all this space to store things and not clutter up our living space.

I recently had an issue with the Attix ladder I had installed over ten years ago. As full disclosure, this ladder goes down and up around four times a week, every week, which I would think is around ten times as much as most people. After ten years, one of the two hinges had given up the ghost.

Ben and Ros found the parts for my Utility 270 ladder, and sold them to me at a very reasonable rate. They explained to me that they do almost no spare parts supply for their ladders, because they almost never fail. I then explained that I found the Attix system so good, that my attic had turned into a virtual second floor. I used it as my work-from-home isolation area during COVID actually.

So in summary, not only is the Attix system fantastic in its functionality, the after sales service offered by the Attix company is first rate even ten years after the sale.

I thoroughly recommend Attix. I would 100% use them again.
