Bought a stove top, sales process was great and we decided to go ahead. Slight delays with the install but still we were fine. Now when there are weird spots on the stove less than a month after install when I go in to ask for assistance, we are told to deal with the manufacturer directly without effort to actually see what the issue actually is. Disappointed by the post sale experience. Even if it were true that it’s beyond what they can help, I’d expect significantly more support especially since it was not even a month after install when the issue occurred.

Excellent service with a smile from the young guy behind the desk with the blown knee from footy (apologies forgot name). Acknowledged when walked in the store, not pushy, I knew what I wanted. Dishwasher was ordered late Saturday afternoon and delivered/installed early Tuesday morning. Much better service than the majors and the price was cheapest at time with the RAC discount. Will be back thanks guys.

My refrigerator was less than 5 years old when it failed. I went to Osborne Park Retravision where I had originally purchased it to buy a new one. Alexis came to serve me. I explained the situation to him.
He then proceeded to make enquiries and managed to get me a replacement fridge from the manufacturer.
Alexis went over and above and couldn't do enough for me. It was a great result. I did not believe it could happen.

He listened to our needs and was very knowledgeable of the product. He took time to find out what we currently had and the gas/electricity connections to ensure that the oven would be suitable and a compatible installation.

We recently purchased a new air conditioner from Mark at Osborne Park Retravision. Unlike some other big electrical stores where you can’t find anyone for service and advice, we were attended as soon as we entered the store. Great price and delivery on time. The installer Darren did a first class job, leaving the area very neat and tidy both inside and out. This will be our preferred shop for electrical goods in future.
