Great quality trampolines and great prices too!
We bought a 12ft round trampoline for my daughters who are doing gymnastics. They love how bouncy it is. Secured nets so they are not afraid to do the flips! We loved the free accessories too. Thank you.

Our kids have grown up so have no need of a trampoline any more. We bought ours just over 5 years ago in 2019 which we have the receipt for, from jump star and we literally have to throw it away. It came with a 5 year Warranty. it cannot be sold, it is that dangerous. The supposedly coated steel frame has rusted so much it crumples like paper and can bend easily, so not only tetanus threat but strength and safety threat.

We live in South East Qld, nice and sunny etc we've had several trampolines from different manufacturers over twenty years, only getting new ones because the kids outgrew the old ones size or the new one had better features. We were then able to sell or give away the older one.

We bought the jump star one because of size, value, quality and reputation.in this case, I've just pulled it apart and sent it to the dump. Being just out of its 5 year warranty in September last year and having such dramatic rust, not surface rust i mistakenly thought the manufacturer might ASSIST.

First email and photos ignored, second one telling me it's out of warranty and warranty didn't cover rust and offering to SELL me new frame parts or new trampoline. I don't think the email and photos were more than glanced at. Third email ignored, now ghosted.

The trampoline was a good one, great mat that never sagged, padding and foam and netting that lasted expectedly but the rust astounded me. As i said it's throw away now.

Should a costly trampoline be expected to last more than six years? You decide.... If you expect a trampoline that is an outdoor toy to last obviously coat the steel properly. I question whether the coating failed or what. If it wasn't coated why use that material....

Great products and great service from the lady at Jump Star Trampolines. This is our second trampoline we were purchasing parts for after upgrading our trampoline from a 10ft round to a 10 x 15 ft rectangular trampoline with enclosure net. Love our Jump Star trampoline as in addition to being great quality, you can also purchase replacement parts locally in Perth when needed. Would not hesitate to recommend Jump Star trampolines to those looking for a new trampoline.

Fantastic trampoline—we got the 7x10ft, and it fits perfectly in our 4m x 3.4m space. It took about 3 hours for me to set up in the dark on Christmas Eve, with easy-to-follow instructions. We are very happy with it; our 5 and 8 year old love it!

Deena and the team were amazing, I was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walked through the door even while they were with other customers. The showroom was clean and it was great that my daughter got to try them out before we made our decision.

Great place to buy a trampoline. Great customer service. Excellent build quality. Lay-by available, they even held our trampoline until Christmas so our daughter would not see it. Local supplier and they stock replacement parts if you ever need for the future.

I have been through a few trampolines over the last 15 years and finally decided to purchase a Jump start trampolines after recommendations from friends. It’s already lasted longer than my other trampolines now… going on it’s 4th year and being reassembled after shifting house and it’s still EXCELLENT condition. It gets well used by a 15 year old, 14 year old and a 8 year old and now all the neighbours kids as well!! Love it!!
