I contacted Jupps Floor Coverings via email about providing a quote to install carpet in my home. I received a prompt response from Ryan Jupp (MD). We set a time for Ryan to visit and take me through the various carpet options (quality and colour). Ryan was on time and very helpful and personable. I received my quote within 24hrs. A time was set for installation. The installer was on time. Gave me an indication of how long installation would take (approx 6 hrs). Helped me move some of the larger items of furniture. Installation was completed on time. Result was terrific. Really happy with the outcome. Would recommend Jupps 💯%

Very happy with the customer service and how fast they installed the carpets for us. In addition, the quality of the carpets is so good. The carpet we bought for our living area is super soft and very easy to clean. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
