Restored my faith in good, honest, reliable and 'value for money' service. I turned up on the wrong day - no problem they fitted me in so I didn't have to come back. Kept me informed of issues with air con and sent photos of parts replaced. Explained everything and gave me options. I'll be back!

I never write reviews of any place i go to, but this store has really taken the cake with how clueless the staff are, and how horrible the customer service is. The amount of times I've searched a product online (which is shown in stock), to then go down to the store and be told there is no longer stock available is absolutely diabolical. They have the privilege of having such an advanced online system which can show products in-store all across Australia, however, 99% of the time you'd have more luck finding a brick in a cobweb. Not a single happy soul in that joint, they all just dread working there. Save your time and shop elsewhere or online.

Its nice to try and support local but when local doesn't support you why bother . Advertising stock or parts on there website they do not even carry or sell is false Advertising . Joined the loyalty program and the welcome 20 % off your 1st purchase was not honoured no stipulation on the terms of use are given when signing up and handing over your information. Be cautious shopping with autobarn especially online click and collect there are better places to shop and sadly online is possibly a better bet

Excellent service. I came in from off the street with no booking and a very flat and punctuated tyre. 2 front tyres were bald and needed to be replaced. Marco got me in and out with new ones and wheel alignment. Professional and explained cost and the work done. A true gentleman. I will definitely be going back when I need the others done. Highly recommend

Great deal on 9" Sony car stereo and fitting service. Would have been 5 star except for long 4 week delay for fitting, as they appear to have only 1 staff in this area
