We reached out to Callum at AIRTOOLS WA, as we were having issues with a newly purchased machine and assumed the problem was pneumatic.

Callum promptly visited our site and troubleshooted our current compressor, with a few quick adjustments, he ascertained it was not a pneumatic issue, he then spent an additional 45 minutes on site trying to diagnose the problem.

When the time came to upgrade our current compressor, Callum was the first person we called, The new unit was well priced and installed within an hour.

We a very grateful for Callum’s time and expertise in this field, very helpful.

Needed air parts bad and asked a question in their chat section, I got answer back in seconds! Turned up there the next day and i could not believe the high level of service and product knowledge from this business and staff, I left in 15 minutes with everything i needed after being treated poorly by other big name businesses that just did not care, Don't waste time just go straight to WA Air Tools, Highly Recommend AAA+

Thank you to Callum and the team for servicing our air compressor and fixing our airline outlets. Callum was very helpful with organising a quote over the phone, and the team were very professional with carrying out the work and notifying us of the date and time that they were coming. After trying 2 other (closer) air businesses and not even getting responses from either, I would highly recommend this business above all others for their excellent customer service and great work.
