The drink is alright but the service is bad. I ordered one mochi matcha drink and one matcha missu latte. When I opened the lid of the matcha missu, i realised that the drink did not have the mascarpone foam on top. I went to the counter to let the staff know that my drink was missing a component of it. The staff member advised with a bad attitude that the foam sank to the bottom. I told her that i have ordered this drink before and the foam was always visible on top. The staff then outright gaslighted me by saying that the drink was correct and what i had was the matcha missu with the mascarpone. I reaffirmed that the foam was not in my drink and all i wanted was them to add the foam as per what i have paid. With a shitty attitude the staff member took my drink and added the foam. Turns out when i drank the drink the matcha missu was actually another mochi drink, hence why there was no mascarpone foam to begin with. Honestly the drinks are alright but the customer service could be way better.

We took a special trip because my tween daughter watches too much American TV and wanted to experience STARBUCKS 🤩
My opinion is the place is an overpriced coffee shop. There was nothing special about the food or the atmosphere. You can get just as good a coffee or frappe at maccas...
The lemon meringue was good, but not great.
The merchandise is ridiculously priced. Nothing under $30.
Sorry Starbucks. You didn't impress me.

I visited Starbucks Piara Waters and tried their Matcha Frappuccino—absolutely delicious! The rich, creamy matcha flavor was everything I had hoped for. Although there was a bit of a wait (45 minutes), the taste made it worth every second.
The café was bustling, which speaks volumes about its popularity. The staff remained friendly and professional despite the busy atmosphere.
If you’re a fan of matcha or just looking for a great spot to relax and enjoy a flavorful drink, this Starbucks is worth the visit. Just be prepared for a potential wait during peak times.

I visited Starbucks and tried two drinks—the taste was decent, and the atmosphere was okay. However, the staff was unprofessional and not very welcoming. The biggest downside was the toilets—they were dirty and poorly maintained.

First Starbucks in Perth, we went today which is I think 2/3 weeks since opening and we still waited 30 minutes in line to order, after ordering the service is fast.

the coffee is great and the food is great. Wish they start the mobile online ordering soon because it’s still unavailable.

Very bad experience with Starbucks Piara Waters. Staff were ignoring people, not helpful. Barista neither have common sense of how snoopy looks like nor did this on purpose. Mood is ruined and money spent was not worthy at all.

Walked in to get an iced matcha latte with strawberry foam this morning around 6:50am. Kept me waiting for 20mins to get my drink, then after opening the lid, no strawberry foam at all. Very disappointed!! I’ve been a loyal customer with Starbucks for over ten years, never ever experienced service like this in any other stores.

Visited on the opening day just to experience the wait in the cold of early morning and the heat when the sun is up 😝. And of course The excitement of first starbucks in WA!!!

Ordered the spinach and fetta croissants and loved it.
For the drinks we had pumpkin spice cream frappe and jack o lantern mango choc chip frappe.
Loved the pumpkin spice but my wife did not like the choc chip latte.

We also bought some tumblers and beautiful mug. As usual is starbucks quality glass and mug. Did not manage to get the standard perth mug collection. Only the smaller one. Will come back for one when its available again.

Have to give credit to the staff and team to be able to handle the first crowd of WA. Can't fault the service and smile.

NB: If you don't like them just leave them alone.... no need for random negative review.
