Went into the canningvale store today to purchase some new pants as I am pregnant. I went straight to look at the pants in which the lady behind the counter said I needed to make a booking to try on anything. I thought that was weird but didn't question it as this is the main blackwoods DC for BHP. As I was going up to the counter to see what times they had available she responded with "we only have limited options on the shelf so you can't be picky", in a disgusting tone. What an absolute rude thing to say. She gave me the next available time which was 50 minutes away but I just ended up leaving. For someone to tell me not to be picky when I just wanted to purchase a few pair of pants. Absolute terrible customer service. After reading all the other reviews I am not surprised on why this store has such a terrible rating. If you don't want to work in customer sales, then don't but you shouldn't talk to people with such an attitude.

I ended up going to total work wear and will get reimbursed by my work instead.

Old staff were at least friendly when you had to sit and wait for your items. New staff don't care, and items take a very long time to come out.

They have unethical and worst staff in the warehouse. My advice to them is to get rid off rude workers/ mamager in the warehouse to not lose customers in the future.

Blackwoods, what are you doing to your staff? Every branch I've been to, they're all miserable. Crappy service, and rarely is the stock in that was ordered weeks ago. I just spent 25 minutes at Canningvale (way too long) waiting. And waiting. And more waiting. Staff walking past, until finally one guy came out, did a search and redirected me. Only one lady at the trade counter was actually visibly busy with another customer, saw two others but too bad, wait for the busy lady. Apologies to her, I'd had enough by then.

I purchased a brand new adflo set and realised it wasn't the correct model and returned to Canningvale branch where the manager was extremely rude and obnoxious and she refused to allow me to exchange my purchase for an upgraded model so I am extremely disgruntled and seething with the service I received, I hope this does not happen to anyone else?

Worst customer service I've had. I came in the lady showed me where the clothes and shoes were said she would go out the back to see if there was any other sizes for shoes never heard back from her after that. I asked someone else about some clothes to make sure I ordered the right one on the form she was very rude and blunt but happy to serve the other person there. I felt very uncomfortable asking for help. The only one who didn't make me feel uncomfortable and came down to help me with shoe sizes was gentlemen working behind the counter.
