I stayed for three nights with Tony and Irena while visiting friends in Quinns Rock. Room 1 was downstairs, off the impressive main foyer (complete with mosaic tiles and chandelier!). The room was very spacious, with beautiful fittings and linen. The huge ensuite bathroom was worthy of a 5-star hotel: marble floors, spa bath, double vanities and fluffy white towels. There is ducted heating and cooling available if required. Tony and Irena are lovely hosts, always friendly and willing to help. The house is only a 5 minute walk down to the beach, and there is a great little cafe about 10 minutes further walk south along the beach. ||||The only minor negative about the stay was that the breakfast area was in the family's main kitchen and dining room, and I felt slightly uncomfortable about intruding on their family time. However I haven't stayed in many B&Bs and this might be perfectly normal and acceptable to other people. ||||Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend this B&B if you need to stay in the northern beach suburbs of Perth.

We have family living in Quinns Rocks so we decided to arrange accommodation close to them & to give us & them some privacy at times. We discovered just 5 mins walk from the beach a wonderful rustic rental property called Quinns Little Jewel. That was exactly what it was. All requirements were catered for. Only a one bed accommodation with a lovely courtyard & a veranda where we sat each morn with a coffee. Landlady Brenda was very pleasant & helpful but never intrusive & her husband likewise. We stayed 3 weeks & didn’t want to leave. We’ve visited Perth AU a few times & I have to say we thought all things considered this holiday home was one of the best. Big thanks to Brenda. We would definitely stay again when we hopefully visit again

This is truly a luxurious B&B - totally unexpected and very much appreciated! Our room (upstairs) was huge and we had our own bathroom and toilet off the same passage (which has total privacy). The aircon worked very well but we also had a fan, which I preferred. Opening the large sliding window let in a cool ocean breeze and also meant that we fell asleep listening to the surf rolling in on the beach just down the road...||We had to move on very early the next morning and access to the kitchen and a buffet style continental breakfast laid out, ready to go, was very convenient. We have often lost out on the "breakfast" at B&B's because they do not start cooking until after we depart.||So, with very friendly hosts Tony & Irena, a spotlessly clean room with quality bedding and thick towels, we thought it was a very good find. If we have to be that far North of Perth City again we will definitely return... because this B&B also has very convenient access to Salty's, the most amazing little BYO restaurant on the Quinns Beach foreshore. We had dinner there and in my review for Salty's you will see why we loved it. ||The only "down" side: my own need for a soft bed was not met. The bed was not lumpy but very "firm" (to put it mildly). If this one aspect was changed I would probably try and move in!

We recently had the pleasure of a one night stay in Quinns Rocks while visiting relatives in nearby Mindarie. Tony and Irena made us very welcome, our room was enormous, with a spacious, decadent spa bathroom. Lovely room, lovely people. Would highly recommend to others and will revisit. Much nicer than many top hotels.

The most luxurious b&b I've ever stayed in. The room was spacious and immaculate with high quality bedding and towels. I didn't need to use air con as there was a lovely breeze that came through the window. Lots of variety for breakfast which didn't stop at a certain time as with other b&b's and hotels. Tony and Irina made me feel very welcome and were always happy to help. I would certainly come back again and would recommend to others. ||||Thanks again Tony and Irina.

It is like a 5* hotel.Lovely family home. We stayed in the downstairs room, just for one night and did we wish we stayed for more. The room was luxuriuosly decorated, with superb bed and a large bathroom, with both bath and a separate shower.The bath has a jacuzzi stream in it. Unfortunetaly, we did not have time to use it. Tony was looking after us and pointed us in the perfect direction, just a short walk along the shore, for the best fish and chips we have had in WA. Breakfast was lovely, more than we could cope with. Thanks Tony

At short notice I booked into this b&b. From the ease of booking to leaving nothing was too much trouble for Irina. I was the only guest in this small but luxurious family home come b&b. I had sole use of the downstairs room which I can only describe as a small place of heaven. Luxury bathroom with spa bath, separate shower which was spotlessly clean. Large fluffy towels and toiletries provided. I can thoroughly recommend this b&b.

Great Quiche and Quinn’s rocks were very much up to standard. I hear that the Quiche feeds the local Craig hole too.
