I made an inquiry for 4 boom stands. I sent several emails between Aug and Nov hoping they could respond. After they failed to I started calling and leaving voicemails but no response.

When they finally responded, they told me that several people had made inquiry about the same item and ended up not being a sale. I told them that I was different and was ready to pay.

The sales contact told me that he would workup a quote and share. In that conversation he told me that they dont handle international shipping. I told them not to worry, I would take care of that. A day later he responded that after talking to his manager, they decided that they were not going to sell their product out of Australia. I wondered why because just in early 2024 they were selling it out of Australia. That's how I knew about it.

They told me to try other companies. I replied by requesting if I could make a deposit to show commitment. They went silent.

This is extremely unprofessional way of doing business. Biases in who you want to serve is not in the heart of the business creator. I wonder why list the item online and start profiling customers.
