This is a terrible vendor!! I travelled a long way to buy a replacement car battery from this vendor when my car's battery died in front of the shop and wouldn't start anymore. I kindly requested to borrow a spanner so that I can replace the new battery in so that I can move on. Instead of being kind and helpful since I'm a customer, the boss of this shop failed to show any compassion to help and said that he is not his responsible for the battery installation and refuse to help. Clearly he is up to rip me off of the situation as he would charge $35 for installing the battery that is an easy task that I can perform myself. Deep down this is a dishonest boss/shop that is non-Aussie and not worth supporting at all. Bad vendor!!

One thing to note is that the receptionist/admin person is nice and supportive of my situation and I can understand that he can't really due to his terrible boss. Thanks for your kindness.

Have put a few vehicles through these guys for mechanical & electrical servicing : their team seem pretty approachable and very knowledgable certainly ; would highly recommend to anyone wanting a decent auto-sparky that also offers mechanical servicing....& a family business that has been around for a long time so I figure they know their stuff pretty well ....

Mark Gentile at Delta Autospark Redcliffe is exceptional to deal with. He listens to what you want and documents everything.
The work that his electricians complete is exception with no compromise.
Substantial work done on my RA Ranger for off grid and I could not be happier with the quality.
Surprisingly he can probably fit you in as they generally work on heavy trucks, and can handle a vehicle or two on the side.
Absolutely recommended.
