My partner and I were staying next door at the wonderful Hipcamp run by Matt & his family (beautiful property!) and we thought to go checkout Fabio’s wines on one of the afternoons. It was one of the best wine tasting experiences we have had. Being wine lovers we were super impressed by the wine and the time Fabio took out of his day to tell us about the vineyard, how he does things, the history of truffles, his cheese making experiences and also gave us some homemade salami too enjoy with the wine. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to stop by again one day (& get some wine shipped over east!).

We found this winery by pure chance!
Definetly worth a visit we were greeted by the dogs and the owner Fabio
Tastings were lovely and we left with a bottle or two and a few bunches of grapes

This small, family run vineyard has been around for decades but the cellar door only recently opened. We were greeted by the owner and winemaker and enjoyed a long conversation with him. The wines are excellent with the Pinot and Shiraz truly outstanding.
This is also a truffle farm so pop in for a chat and enjoy the great vibe and knowledge of the family!

Fabio knows his truffles and his cool climate wines. Had a great stop in here on a Sunday on the way from Margaret River to Manjimup. There’s an oak and hazelnut orchard on the property (pictured in distance) due to yield it’s first truffle harvest late winter 2024 or 2025. Good quality Manjimup truffles for sale here - he will vacuum pack them for freshness.

10/10 experience, we stopped by DeiTos on our way through the area and met Fabio the owner who treated us to a tasting and a sample of his homemade salami. Had some great wine and conversation with a local who has been in the business for a long time- highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of taking home a bottle of the Chardonnay from DeiTos Vineyard. This wine boasts a perfect balance of fruity notes and a smooth finish that left me wanting more. The attention to detail and passion for winemaking truly shines through in every sip. I highly recommend this Chardonnay to anyone looking for a good drop and an authentic cellar door experience.

My partner and I visited for a wine tasting, and could not recommend more! Beautiful wines, very friendly service and complementary cheese, salami and bread. If you’re in the area it is absolutely worth a visit, especially for pinot, shiraz and merlot lovers.
