I had a deeply disturbing experience with security personnel provided by MA Service at a Coles store in Hilton the 9/02/25 at 4.50pm. I was completing an Uber delivery order and was in the process of paying when two security guards, employed by MA Service, violently confronted me. Despite my clear intention to pay, they forcefully grabbed my bag and rummaged through it without any justification.

What made the incident even more unacceptable was that they physically grabbed my arm not once but twice, leaving me with bruises and significant pain. I have since had my injuries documented by my GP, and I am in the process of filing a police report. If no appropriate action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this matter further and inform the media.

MA Service’s security staff acted completely outside their legal rights. They have no authority to search my bag or physically assault me, and their actions are entirely unacceptable. I strongly urge MA Service to review and reform their practices to ensure that no one else has to endure such an abusive experience.
