Wanted to install a bore at my premises, only company that could give a quote over the phone, when site visit was organised quote was verified as per phone call. these guys went out of there way to make every part of the finished product neat , clean and professional. Not 1 thing i could fault with this company.
We were informed at all times with complete job.

Very disappointed
I've used this company when ever I have had a pump or reticulation issue. But alas they don't seem to want my business now.
I rang on 13th Jan spoke to reception she informed me put me on the service list and the boys will contact you.
I waited
On the 23rd I rang and queried, spoke to man this time, he couldn't find me, and informed me will sort out and call back.
Lawn looking real sick now.
Tues 24th, 10am I rang again and informed them taking business elsewhere. At least I had customer service and cancelled, if I was on the list 😔
