Excellent and professional service from this company. Ray was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I needed. Michael installed the sail over 2 weeks, as arranged, for an excellent outcome. The sail looks fantastic. Adrian organised the account and logistics and was very professional . This was not my cheapest quote but the design was far superior and reflected the experience of this company. Very happy.

Excellent quality product and installation by a local Western Australian company. Very good choice of colours, quick quote system and very, very good installation! We are very happy with the design and installation, it looks great, shade sail cuts down the glare and radiant heat from the pavement and..... it looks really well, adds value to the aesthetic of the backyard. Highly recommended!

I truthfully would not waste your time calling this company, does not return calls, emails or messages. just seems like he cannot be bothered with a product you are interested in. also has very little knowledge on his products. STAY AWAY.

Steer clear of this company and the front man Adrian. I have been waiting 7 weeks just for a quote. He doesn't return calls or messages. I went to the office in person and everything is locked up. Come on Aqua Shades, you need to employ people who actually earn what you pay them. Any numpty can answer a phone call and make promises then deliver zero!! If there were "negative" stars above, I would click on -10. There are plenty of other companies who would like my $10k.

We are really happy with our new shade sail. I found Adrian and Michael friendly and professional. I am very pleased that Adrian turned up on time to give me a quote and that the installation was completed on schedule. No complaints. I don't know why they still have a website. I had a cantilever umbrella installed 4 years ago. They did a fantastic job.
Recently with the strong winds my winch failed. I visited their office which is closed down. A rep over the phone said he would find a winch for me 2 days ago. Nobody answers the phone and their message bank is full? Their website says they are open?

We have now had our THIRD sail installed at our home by Adrian and his team!! We cannot be more pleased with the outcome. Adrian has an exceptional ability to design each and every sail, such that they are stylish and functional. I cannot recommend them highly enough, as far as I'm concerned they are the go-to team for sails in Perth!
