THIS mob is arguably the most unreliable company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I called and emailed them 8 days ago and expressed that I have a super urgent requirement for 100 tons of coil rolled steel.

8 calls later and still not even the decency of a returned call. I even expressed (very politely) to the gentleman I was dealing with that I felt I was being ignored and fobbed off. He even agreed that I had every right to be upset and even after that nobody got back to me.

Let's just hope when the construction industry settles from it's current excesses that this business gets its comeuppance.
