Worst customer service, they don’t accept their fault, try make you believe youre wrong and treat you like garbage over the phone. Absolutely unprofessional and on top of that they accuse you of placing the order wrong or fitting it wrong. And good luck because they wont compensate for their mistake leaving you to pay out of pocket to get it fixed!

Incompetent and refuse to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Also can't read and don't know the difference between 2 and 4. Make sure you check everything they do because they certainly can't be bothered.

For gutters and downpipes they are the cheapest so don't wast time buying anywhere else. And the staff are friendly and professional with fast service and easy pick-up.

Thought my old roller door needed new springs but after going into Metroll I meet such a helpful guy called Victor who educated me on how to check a few things and in the end I didnt need to buy anything. What a champion. Such great service!!
