Very happy with the service provided.
I had an interior and exterior clean of my Isuzu Dmax.

One of the worst experience I have ever had. When I returned to get my car the head lights of the car was left on and the battery was drained out completely, as I had my two little kids with me my focus was to get the car started. It took some time to get it started. As I entered the car, I saw the windshield was almost exactly as it was before the wash. I got out and inspected and was really unhappy to see that all the stains were still there and they never gave any focus on the dirt (tree sap). When mentioned about the same, the person in charge and another guy came up and gave a try. They were polite and explained and they got rid of the stains on the front bonnet and the windshield in seconds. But the person who received and washed the car came behind and started being abusive and aggressive. He was even shouting in his language. He shouted “Paagal admi” meaning “mad man” as he did not know that I could understand bits and pieces of the language he spoke. And told that I can take my car and never return. On further investigation I found a new scratch on the car which was there never before. The vehicle is still having a lot of dirt and stains on it. I am definitely escalating this issue. The battery drained out or some dirt could have been forgotten, but when pointed out one staff just started being calling out bad words in an other language and abusive is something to be escalated. Have to mention, all other staff there was helpful and was trying to resolve the situation.

I have had a SUV and 4wd Ute detailed by Star Car wash Rockingham and I could not rate these hard working people any higher.
They accommodated to my cars needs on both occasions and the results are beyond my expectations.

Theres a reason this car wash is in the underground carpark - so you can't see how badly they've cleaned it before u give them the all clear & leave 🤬 I paid $130 for my car to leave dirtier than when it arrived. It was like they went over the inside of the car with a rag soaked in milk. Everything was smeared in a cloudy layer, even the windscreen, and don't even get me started on the media screen! The paintwork has nearly been buffed back to metal on any areas resembling an edge and there's fresh chips in the paint everywhere & every channel where the panels meet was full of black stuff that ran down the car as I was driving. I haven't even bothered going back because I don't want them touching my new car ever again & I know they'll just say "you looked over it and said it was okay before u left". I was so horrified when I got home and realised how bad it was that I furiously started cleaning it myself before I thought to take photos. But this is some of the damage they've caused to my paintwork 😭

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place at all!! After having my car detailed on 27/05/2023 @ 12.28 which cost me ($220.00) there was parts of the inside not even touched or cleaned. I was very disappointed.
Not to sure what they used on my car to clean it maybe a really dirty cloth or a power machine. But anyways i have now got heaps of scratches all over the paint work and the paint work is starting to damage. You can’t see to much on the photos as they don’t to it justice but definitely wasn’t like this before taking it in for a wash. Very disappointing shame I didn’t notice it to much until a week later. You just can’t get good service like you used to these days.

I was going to the shopping centre on Wednesday though. I thought I would drop in and see if they could clean my car and they couldn't fit me in so they slotted me in for the next morning. I got the works and I was very happy when I returned on the same day. I called them multiple times. They rung me back and could squeeze in a second card that was bigger. I was blown away by how they turned around the second car. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Their service is impeccable. Look forward to using them again in the future.

We’ve been taking our cars here for washing for several years. Recently took our four wheel drive in for a detail which was well and truly overdue after a few trips north (aka red dust) and it came back looking better than the day we took delivery! The attention to detail was incredible. And got our weekly shopping done while waiting. The staff were friendly and efficient.
