Googled fast acting fuses for my Fluke. Jaycar Belmont had them. Youngster behind the counter looked at my sample and said it's a special fuse and Jaycar (all) don't stock them. Showed him the Google info and suddenly he had stock ? If I had not persisted I would have wasted my time and money going from Canning Vale to Belmont. At $20 a piece they are not cheap.

Exceptional Customer Service at Jaycar Belmont by Brandon and Jack

On Saturday, 9 November 2024, I returned to Jaycar Belmont with an ongoing issue with my son's 3D printer, which I had raised two days earlier. Brandon and Jack provided outstanding care and customer service, which is increasingly rare to find. They diligently worked to diagnose and resolve the issue. Brandon explained the solution to me in detail, and even took the time to call my son to ensure he understood the preventive measures and different solutions to try. I never felt rushed or unwelcome. Jack's assistance in carrying the printer to my car was the cherry on top of their exemplary service.

This experience starkly contrasted with the service I received from a female staff member two days prior (I choose not to name her here). She was dismissive and unhelpful, merely stating that my issue was a common problem with 3D printers, especially the lower-end model I have, and advised me to take it home and calibrate it without offering much assistance. It was only after my son insisted that he had already tried calibrating it to no avail that they reluctantly agreed to let me leave it for further inspection. When I returned two days later, no notes or changes had been made.

Luckily, Brandon and Jack were on duty when I went back, and their professionalism and dedication made all the difference. This experience highlights how good work ethics can significantly impact the customer experience.

Really helpful staff, helped me when I had a trouble with some products I bought that turned out defective. They instantly offered me a refund no dramas. There is much more selection compared to their other outlets.
This is such a breath of fresh air as I had nothing but bad experience at their Jandakot store. Don't go there visit this store instead.

The manager Nathan is the best I've seen in customer service. His knowledge..expertise. and willingness to help me with my antenna cable exceeded my expectations. Sammy is great too. Thanks amigos ...see you in the near future.

I had an amazing experience today at Jaycar, thanks to the manager, Nathan. As soon as I walked in he asked if I needed any help. I was looking for a chord for my old digital camera that I had been to 3 stores about already! Turns out all I needed was a battery charger and no chord which not one other store could tell me! He helped me in about 2 seconds and even tested the product to make sure it would work for me. I could not recommend this place more!! Thanks Nathan!

Jaycar Electronics, very helpful with everything electronic and then some! I was looking for a tiny battery for an aged IPod Nano station and guess what, they had it! It's a fully stocked electronics shop with over 40 stores WA-wide, great service, very helpful knowledgeable Staff, go try them you will find exactly what you're looking for 😉✌️👍👍
