I have always appreciated the technical support offered by the Trafalgar team. They are the only supplier, in my opinion, who actually speaks my language (fire safety engineering) and provides me common sense advice.

I only specify Trafalgar Fire products for Passive Fire Protection solutions.

I've never seen a company sell so aggressively and use such underhanded tactics. Even the owner writes threatening letters to customers if they use competitor products. Trafalgar products are ok but culturally they are off.
