Plenty of stock on the shelves for once, took my time trying to pick the best looking fruits/veggies today.
They had blueberry’s in the fridges with mould all over them. I thought I picked the best looking capsicum, got home and cut into it this afternoon and absolutely full of mould. Very disgusting🤢🤮
while I was there I seen a staff member who was re-stocking shelves, kick an Apple on the ground and just throw it back on the shelf, amazing🤣

Shop was busy. Plenty of checkouts open. Special mention too young lady who servered us. Holly was extremely polite & friendly. Done a wonderful job. Well done.

Good range but woeful experience with checkout operator today. Polite and friendly enough but as i was loading my groceries to be scanned i noticed that the operator was just leaving my 12 year old son to pack our weekly shop. By the time i finished loading my groceries, the scanned items had piled up so much there was no room left. Paid and then proceeded to watch her pack the next persons items. So angry.

Plastic Plastic Plastic
Everywhere you walk in the store nearly everything is contained or wrapped, or contained AND wrapped in plastic.

Fresh produce is covered in plastic. It's shameful and hypocritical to compliment yourselves on removing free plastic carry bags (replaced by thicker ones for purchase) and yet continue to overuse plastic everywhere else in your stores.z

Michael with the beard his customer service is amazing. Happy in his job and very knowledgeable of the store and its products. He is an asset to the store and will do great anywhere he goes in life. He deserves five stars for his professional manner.

Was on register 4 today and served my Adrian. He was pleasant, smiled, greated, and said good bye. Was fast and efficient. Now that's how check outs should be. I was impressed. He is a keeper and deserves a pay rise.

Thank you to the two ladies Kiara and Eve they were amazing help me complete my shopping it was a late night nearly closing and my phone battery went low and I could not make any payment .
