The entire process from first contact was fantastic. I was assisted by Kerri with my ideas and thoughts, which she turned into reality through diagrams and 3D images that met my exact requirements. I thought the best part was done until I met the installer! Request Jason if you get the opportunity. His attention to detail, quality of workmanship and tidiness were outstanding. I had several areas of my house designed and installed including office, bar, kitchen, built in robes, even bed surrounds and wall cabinets, so the work was undertaken over a period of weeks, I now miss having Jason on site working here he's an all round legend! Highly recommend the service and delivery, what a well oiled machine.

Extremely satisfied with my kitchen. Communication was excellent from the initial call right up to the end. Quality and attention to detail deserves more than 5 stars. Had to wait a little due to demand but well worth it . I found artform through some friend recommendations and I am glad I did. Thanks to all the team including the contractor Lucas.

We tried three local good quality kitchen contractors and were very comfortable with the team at Artform and their suppliers. As an Architect/Builder we had very specific requirements in a very tight kitchen space and with Artform's resources we were able to achieve the perfect working kitchen which is an absolute pleasure to use and maintain. We have attached a photo of our two year old kitchen which is as good now as the day Artform completed it! Artform were AMAZING for our kitchen reno! From the very first phone call, through to installation they were wonderful to deal with. They were flexible with any small changes we needed and they helped us create an absolute dream kitchen. I loved how they were able to take my ideas and use their experience to create a kitchen that is suited to our families needs so perfectly! Had a great experience with these guys. The whole team were so professional and caring with us. They really listened to what we wanted and were always on hand to reassure us and listen to our concerns and also put up with our indecisiveness. Made the whole experience very easy and good.

A very dissapointing and lengthy experience after coming highly recommended. Management admitted that errors were made at every stage (Sep 2023-March 2024) Although efforts to rectify the situation were made 2 months after predicted finish date it was to avoid starting the whole process again due to the installation mistakes. Even on the last day dirty finger marks were never cleaned off by quality control and the paintwork (new and fresh) was marked from final adjustments. List of over 20 items in email of errors from a simple kitchen and laundry project. management were prompt to rectify but so many things could have easily been done correctly throughout the process. Left a very bad taste in my mouth for what could have been a dream kitchen. Would not recommend.
