We orriginally thought great they are willing to help when we first called with an issue while our aircon is still within warranty. They directed us to Fujitsu, who could help if it was the unit itself. However Fujitsu found the fault outside of the unit specifically with the installation and even describbed to us how this fault happens and when the installation is done the lazy way this can be the result. Fujitsu directed us back to AirElecTech and sent a work order to us and to AirElecTech who refuse to acknowledge the work order even exists, we offered to forward the work order and got met with a firm 'No' from the director Warren himself, who refussed fault and put it back onto the builder to fix although installation was done by AirElecTech. We will be going to ACCC to make a complaint against AirElecTech and the director.

I would stear clear of this company when having aircon installed.
