Non existent customer service. Non responsive to emails and don't ship orders within specified time frame. Will not shop here again.

Will be going back to make Day's my local supplier.
In this current climate of supply and demand we all have to understand the constraints that suppliers have. Just bought a MIG welder from Day's Goulburn..... yet to try it out.

I bought a Kemppi Welding machine and helmet early April 2022. I cannot register the welder unit warranty because Kemppi website tells me contact the seller to register it. TOM is the person I made the purchase with and up till now after continuous text messages to his mobile phone no reply. Communication skills not to my standards. I will never purchase from this company again. I'm taking this matter up with Kemppi Australia Head Quarters to resolve.

Still waiting over a month for my order. I have had to sent 2 emails & a phone to receive an ambiguous reply email that really didn't explain clearly what was happening to my order & then no follow up from my reply email. Very very very poor communication skills. Will never use this business again.
