Permit application took the longest (6-7 weeks) - Had a short wait ( 4 weeks) for materials and rescheduling of the installation team to attend once the supplies were available and delivered - team here for 2 solid days and got the job done- The workmanship and standard of a very high quality - and we are very pleased with the end result - after tears and tantrums from myself(sorry about that). Worth every cent. Thank you to the office also Luke and his 2 amigos.

Planned out my patio how I wanted it and was very happy. When built it was totally not to what I had discussed with the management. The designer totally disregarded what I wanted and just built a standard patio according to his plan. When I called management mid way through the project they said there’s nothing they can do and they had to follow the plan drawn up, the plan they drew up wrong. So I paid $9000 for something that I didn’t want. The job, the contractors had done is really good and it’s not their fault, they just followed the plan given to them . I think listening to customers and better communication is required when people are spending thousands of dollars. They didn’t even acknowledge they made a mistake, only the designer/ final measure guy acknowledged when I called him to ask why the patio was different to what we discussed and then later didn’t receive a call back from him. And an auto generated message will probably be the only reply I get to this review. After a phone call with admin I realised there’s no point in going back and forth, so I just paid the final invoice and came here to write a review so others can have a look before choosing the patio guys.

Less then one year since install and rust starting to show on items scratched or cut and not sealed. Worried if thats in 1 year what it will be like in 5 yrs. Have fixed leaks ourselves after we had our installer out 3 times to unsuccessfully fix.

One panel still has a screw hole (underside) poorly patched and two panels with touch up paint due to scratches caused during install. The screw hole and touch up paint is due to replacing panels which were dented during install. The touch up paint doesn't match well.

After install i got up on the roof to inspect and noted missing screws and swarth. We removed the swarth that was already starting to rust ourselves and had to get the installer back to reinstate the flashing and roof sheet screws. If I didn't get up on the roof myself we wouldn't have known!

Rust comming out in alot of places already.

Was a decision between - wood vs steel vs gable vs flat - in the end it all turned out amazing!!!! Very happy that I chose advanced patio for my build - out of 5 quotes theirs was the last and after speaking with David I found out I wanted cooldek as the roof space, discussions leant me also towards a riser flat. My patio is elevated so made the build more challenging. Process was slow but worth the great outcome, build materials is quality steel and roofing and price was a lot better than the competitors. Installer was also great - big thanks to Nate and the boys. House has completely transformed and I think it’s the best patio on the street !!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the craftsmanship of Nate our installer, he reviewed the initial plans and took it upon himself to make changes where needed.
What resulted is excellence and a patio that will stand the sands of time and look great whilst doing so.
Ultimately I am overjoyed.

Our project involved the removal and replacement of an existing patio attached to the house, and the construction of a free standing patio in our back yard. The crew did a very good job and we are very pleased with the result. Thanks for your good work!

Poor planning.
Poor timeliness of corrective action.

Stay away. Find someone else.

To add to the reply below. I can guarantee that we are an unhappy customer and that there is no legitimate reason why I would bother to contact you further following the poor service we received as you didn’t provide customer service then so I don’t expect it now.
We were in touch repeatedly over a 18 month period and hence the poor review.

I would not recommend Advance Patios.
We had nothing but issues from the start
1. Had to assist in unloading of materials as no addition help was provided by delivery driver.
2. Instalation date was set by advanced patio, however no show by the contractor on that date. No calls from advance patio. Contacted office and was advised that the do not control their installers. Lost a days work as to take leave.
3. Patio leaks. Contacted office and installer schedule a date, however was a no show. Tried to call installer, but avoided my calls. My wife called installer from her work number and installer answered. Arranged date for fix, installer arrived looked at patio applied more roofing caulk. Still leaks.
4. I went on roof to see if I can find what is causing the leak. No caulking on the rivets, in addition found a hole in another part of the roof panel were the installer tried to put tex screw, but missed the beam. Left hole exposed.

@STRATCO should remove their certification as the are not following manufactures installations requirment.
