Best bike shop in town.

That's probably all you need to know, but if you want details...

I've been coming here, and talking to Steve, for well over 15 years - back then, he worked in the shop, now he owns it, and he's just as approachable, friendly, helpful, and probably even more knowledgeable, nowadays.

The rest of the staff are great too, and nothing is too much trouble.

They have a great range, at really good prices, with the added bonus of being able to see/ride/adjust your bike, on the spot (as opposed to just buying one online).

And their after sales support is top flight - they back everything they sell, all the way.

I love my new bike, i love the store, and of course I'll be back; here's to the next 15 years!

Had to get a few bits after getting a flat tyre.
Steve was super knowledgeable and friendly, good old fashioned customer service at its best.

Finally got myself a new good quality bike and kids trailer. The shop was quite busy but Steve (hope that's right) still looked after me, answered all our questions, explained everything, gave the bike an initial service, put the trailer together in store, connected it up to the bike and made sure everything was good to go for me to be able to ride home with my boy in the trailer. As well as doing a decent package price on the bike and trailer and accessories. Really appreciated your time today mate, very happy customer and I'll definitely be back.

Great customer service, go Steve,

He gives good advice, is able to provide repairs and components to beginners and experts,

The local bike shop has gone from strength to strength with Steve.

He stocks a wide range of bikes to suit all budgets, and can order any bike from Giant

See him for great deals :))

Update - bike stock is hard to come by - come and see Steve in case you need to order a bike as there is a lead time on most bikes!

He is now stocking Appolo bikes as well

Giant stock has returned - mid range and entry level stock Is ok but high end dual suspension and road bikes need to be ordered

24 - giant stock is now mid season shop is busy with services expect a day or two turn around

25 - trading as usual - busy shop happy customers

Steve and his team provide a service second to none.
Always willing to help and provide anything needed with excellent knowledge and service both in parts bike repairs and sales . I drive 40 minutes to foothills wouldn’t take my bike needs anywhere else . Thanks Steve for always providing me with nothing but the best in all my bike needs .
