We were very impressed with this company! We purchased this tap and after a few years, we had some issue with the cartridge and unfortunately we did not save our receipt. We contacted the company via telephone and they posted us a brand new cartridge and tap handle for free! We were able to fix the issue. Amazing customer service. Would highly recommend.

Found this product on the net , have had a long battle with split jump washers on my shower tap as there is a crack in the seating , tried dressing the seat but was wary of going too far , next step is to smash out the tiles / wall to get the fitting replaced,Nightmare! I went to see Tony Zhang MD and patent owner of this Easy Tap , was very helpful and spent time explaining his products.I fitted this today , brilliant! 1/4 turn positive open / shut , problem solved .I can now plan my bathroom refurbishment for a later date 😅

Everyone should install this! Gone are the days where you have to replace the washer every 6 months or so, leaking tap or hard to turn tap. Easy tap literally fixes all these, I have been using this for my rental and my own home and they work perfectly. Before I installed Easy tap for my rental, I need to call out a plumber to fix leaking tap few times a year, but with Easy tap all those headaches are all gone! I also use this for my own home, once installed it is super easy to operate the tap now, I can open and close with just one or two fingers absolutely no fuss especially in the kitchen where water on demand is needed, before easy tap it’s frustrating to operate the tap when regularly needed. This is literally a life improvement product, with just one small investment this will last you for years, in my case still going strong even after 10 years!

Tony Zhang entered our store last week and abused and threatened female staff in front of several witnesses. His manner was aggressive, abusive and insulting from beginning to end. I am considering reporting him for assault. To top things off, he then submitted a bad review of the business on Google. He is banned from the business and will be reported for trespass if he ever enters the premises again..
