Platinum Plant & Equipment Hire purchased several 3.5-ton plant trailers from Bonanza three years ago, and we’ve had no issues since. The build quality is excellent, and they have served the Perth construction industry reliably. We're so pleased with them that we’ve recently purchased three more. Not only is the quality of the trailers outstanding, but the customer service from the Bonanza team in Perth has been exceptional. We highly recommend them.

I bought a boat trailer from Bonanza Trailers in Newcastle and I was very pleased with the quality and service I received from them. I ordered the trailer prior to having surgery and they happily delayed delivery to accommodate me. Handover of the trailer was professional and thorough. Fast forward 12 months after relocating to WA and I had the misfortune of being in an accident which bent my trailer wheel guard. I contacted their sales dept (Corey) who facilitated the purchase of a replacement through the Perth office. My dealings with the Perth office were fantastic and I was glad to see that the company obviously holds customer service as a priority, which ever store you deal with. Happy to recommend and hopefully have further dealings with in the future. Thanks team!

Had the pleasure of being stuck in Perth traffic yesterday, was the recipient of attempted road rage from the driver of vehicle covered in Bonanza Trailer advertising (Obviously a company ute). Being I had my newborn baby in the back seat and the only reason for the driver's anger was traffic build up I can only imagine such an attitude while driving a company vehicle is there for a reflection of the company values. I am absolutely amazed at the meathead actions shown while driving a company car.

Being the above-mentioned behavior, I can in no way recommend nor trust this company and would encourage people reading the review to think about whether or not they wish to support a company that acts in such anti-social ways.

Can not recommend bonanza trailers more highly just received my 10x6 box trailer the build quality of the trailer and the customer service is second to none. Will recommend them to everyone who is looking for a quality trailer. 👍🏻
