Had the tasting plate today and it was excellent. Great value at $65 for 2 people sharing and more than enough for lunch. This was always our experience at the Nookery but when we visited in April the same platter was disappointing. Great to see that the platter has been restored to its former glory. Excellent wines to complement the food and we came away with a well stocked cellar as well.

What a wonderful experience for all of us. We sampled and bought some great wines. We stayed for lunch and had a superb meal with more wine, obviously. I can’t give high enough praise for the quality and friendliness of it all. Well done. 😃

Fantastic winery, cellar door tasting was brilliant. The lovely staff that served us were amazing and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend a visit, some other cellar doors aren't very welcoming. Will definitely have food next time.

We revisited the winery this week, looking forward to a lovely lunch..
Unfortunately we where very underwhelmed with the quality of our meals and prices
When asked if we enjoyed our meal I advised it was not the best… staff did not even engage to ask what was the problem.. took our money.. see ya later…

We returned for the umpteenth time for a Sunday lunch. The waitress was a little short with me when I told her we would be sitting at table 32, outside of the usual seating area. No problem, let that slide. Our meals arrived and there was not the normal care in presentation. My banana prawn linguine was overly salted and had half the amount of prawns as the same meal 3 months prior. Still tasty but the saltiness spoilt the taste of the wine accompanying the meal.. when asked about the satisfaction of our when we went to pay, I mentioned my dissatisfaction, he paid zero heed. I will not be rushing back! We have been coming here for 15 years but so dissapointed

So we had the Temperanillo with dinner at a Margaret River restaurant. This experience made us decide to stop at the actual cellar door on our way out the follow day. However, on arrival we were greeted and asked if we were here for tastings or the cafe and indicated we were here for tastings. At this point the person disappeared without saying anything. We waited about 10 minutes and then decided to leave as obviously our business was not important. Nice wine but service was disappointing.

Tried to book for 12 at lunch. Whoever answered the phone lacked customer service integrity or any form of customer empathy. I redialled 7 times. They then didn’t answer. Reverted to answer machine. Just didn’t want to bother with me. . I left a message. No one called back. So I’ve now gone somewhere else. Really bad staff member
