Supper Road was absolutely phenomenal as our wedding caterer! From start to finish, their team delivered exceptional service and incredible food. They worked with us to create a menu that perfectly matched our style, and the food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and packed with flavor.

On the day of the wedding, the service was seamless. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly and our guests were well taken care of. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was—they couldn’t stop talking about it all night, and they continue to mention it even now!

We are beyond grateful for Super Roads that catered for our wedding. Their food was absolutely delicious, and guests are still raving about it. Supper Road were supplied to us as the only available caterer for our venue. Whilst choice would have been nice it was convenient to not have to hunt for a caterer.

Pros
- The food was delicious, make no doubts about it all of the food was wonderful and tasty. All of our guests loved the food and enjoyed every moment of it.
- There was a lot of food. We chose a three course option which included roaming canapes, the beggar's banquet and a supper option. No one was hungry by the end of the night, there was plenty of food to go around, it was fantastic.
- All of our special meals and dietary requirement guests were well catered for. They had their own canapes that were delivered first and their own plates were placed before everyone else's. They also did not get a seperate meal but instead received their own accommodated version of whatever was being served. All of these guests were very grateful and felt cared for.

The Cons
- Unfortunately the customer service needs a bit of improvement. We went to multiple tasting days (as one event per year is the only opportunity for you to taste Supper Road's food) and at each tasting day we were told that the suggested menus were only that, suggested. And if we found a meal we really enjoyed at the tasting day, we could have that on our menu.
However when it came time to book and lock in our menu we received a lot of push back. We were wanting a vegetarian gnocchi as a main option and were heavily advised against this because our vegetarian guests would "receive their own plates". Us wanting the gnocchi had nothing to do with it being vegetarian and everything to do with it being delicious. We had also wanted a lamb dish with mashed potatoes and chimichurri sauce and we were then told this was "too many potatoes" which personally is never something I've considered a problem. Most of our emails in the lead up to our wedding were like this. We wanted a dish, Supper Road pushed back.
- As this continued back and forth we were struggling to come up with a third main choice and when we asked for suggestions we were just told to look at the suggested menu because that was all they offered.
- Finally on our wedding day they changed one of the menu items without telling us. As stated above we ordered a lamb with mashed potatoes and a chimichurri sauce. On the day we received the same lamb and mashed potatoes but with a shiraz jus. Was this the end of the world? Not at all. However it was just another example of feeling like Supper Road was fighting against us on our own food choices.

I am not saying the customer is always right, but I am saying that in the large event of a wedding, it is probably more likely that the bride and groom know more about their guests and what their guests will like, than Supper Road.

It would have been nice to have felt more accommodated.
