Classix is an amazing hair salon, the staff are so nice and really good at what they do. I tend to get a bunch of different dye jobs and cuts and they always do so well! Had my hair done yesterday called “calico hair” it took a while but they didn’t give up and the result was absolutely amazing I love it I definitely recommend them! ❤️

Sophie did an amazing job, her customer service was next to none! She was so beautiful & kind, she listened and showed her expertise!

Absolutely stunning view and well played out apartment. It had everything we needed and could think of. Inside was more spacious than the photos illustrate.

Our host Liz was equally amazing. Her communication (checking we arrived safely, checking everything was ok) and instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and user friendly.

We will definitely rebook.

I recently had a full head of foils, cut and blow dry at Classix Secret Harbour with Jess, a Senior Hair Stylist. I’m so happy with my hair, thanks so much Jess 😀. All the Stylists are awesome at the salon and provide great customer service and take great pride in their work. I would highly recommend getting your hair done at this salon 😀.

I have been going here for years, all the staff are lovely, and Jess it the only person allowed to touch my hair, in 6 years she is the only person I will allow to cut/colour my hair.

I visited Classix hair salon, an experience I regret. As a man, my haircut needs are fairly straightforward: a number 3 shave on the sides and a tidy-up on top. The salon completed the shave quickly, but it was less thorough than expected. The scissor work that followed was also lacking in precision. I found uneven patches and missed tufts around my ears, which I had to correct at home. Even after requesting adjustments to my fringe twice, it still wasn’t right. Overall, the haircut was unsatisfactory, with noticeable uneven strands.

A good salon experience means being able to trust the stylist to do their job without constant supervision. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case here. While I acknowledge the effort of the young stylist, perhaps more training in men's haircuts is needed. I won’t be returning and advise other men to be prepared for a hands-on approach if they choose this salon.

It's been a while since I've had my hair cut in a salon due to a traumatic experience. I went to Classix yesterday(29/01) and put my trust into my stylist. At first I was a bit anxious with the style design and got a bit overwhelmed at one point. But she reassured me, listened to what I wanted, even gave me a hug (I started crying, lol). End result I was super happy. Went to Kmart today and the worker at the front of the store said my hair looks amazing. Having a stranger comment specifically on the new style has made me very very happy with my experience at Classix. 10/10 I'll be going again.
