I have had a number of Ute toolboxes fabricated and installed over the past 10 years by Tim from Tool safe. I've always been impressed with the service, professionalism and attention to detail from Tim and his staff.
I've operated a roofing business in Perth for over 25 years. During that period I've dealt with the good, bad and ordinary when it comes to other businesses and suppliers.

I bought two under tray toolboxes from Toolsafe around 12 months ago in 2019 and found that they had water and some dust leaking in and was disappointed that for some reason, I wasn't getting any response to my phone calls and and an email to Toolsafe to alert them and had assumed, (wrongly) Toolsafe were just another company that didn't really care much about their customers after the sale and promptly put it down to another of life's little lessons!
However, some months later, I received a call from Toolsafe's owner, Tim who was very apologetic and explained that for some unknown reason, he had missed my attempts to contact them and asked me to call in and he would find the problem and rectify it.
After a lot of checking and testing, Tim has found that the leaks were being caused by the Hammertone Baked Enamel paint finish I had requested the boxes be delivered with was stopping the rubber seals from actually sealing the doors properly.
My under tray boxes were the first to have this type of finish made by Toolsafe, with vertical doors, which was causing the problems.
After a lot of effort from Tim, the problem has now been solved, I am very happy with the results and after speaking to Tim, I accept completely that somewhere along to line, my attempts to let him know the issues I was experiencing didn't get to him and after seeing his honest efforts to solve it, have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Toolsafe at Welshpool as an honest, caring company who produce very high quality products.
