Went to the post office to do Our Passports and the young girl behind the counter I think she was French not too sure was so rude. She was telling my husband something and then she turned and said to him men don’t listen and then under a breath mumbled something else which I wasn’t too sure and then she looked at me and she goes well clearly you don’t listen either.
Just really poor service won’t be back just so sexist

I like this post office, I find the staff quite great. Sadly I have also experienced the rude lady, I believe her name is Hilla, from Israel maybe? Yes rude, though mostly very unwilling and reluctant to help with anything.

If looking for any decent customer service here don't expect it. Haven't had any good experience at this post office, have been coming to this post office since Westfield opened, every interaction with staff have been average or borderline rude. Only reason refusing to go to other post office as this is our local and we shouldn't be pushed out due to bad customer service by the team here.

Fantastic service, friendly staff and they are always willing to help when looking for a postal option. It can be busy sometimes, especially when there are people paying their bills, but the afternoon is usually a little less then usual. Parking can sometimes be a hassle for this store.

I was in this post office today to send a parcel overseas and the first lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful but the second lady called Rainca was extremely rude to the point where she made me cry. I asked her to stop trying to argue with me yet she continued to do so. Despite my asking several times for her to stop yelling at me. I will never go to that post office again as I was made to feel absolutely terrible. I have not had anybody speak to me like that in years. Very bad service. Rainca had obviously had a bad day and decided to take it out on me. Not an acceptable thing to do, very very rude and argumentative.

Have had unpleasant experiences and very long waits at a couple of Oz Post at different locations.

Recently visited this Helensvale post office where wait time was minimal despite the queue. Friendly, courteous & prompt services by staff members. 5 stars ⭐️

Very efficient. Some confusion with what is expected as identification for another person collecting for packages. Different staff have different standards for ID and proof of address.
Staff talking amongst themselves or to other customers whilst serving instead of speaking to customer they are serving.
I know it’s old fashioned to expect simple conversation but it’s very impersonal and for some people this may be their only 1:1 contact with someone else in the comunity. You can change someone’s day with a simple hello, goodbye and a smile 🙂. It’s worth thinking about.
Great job otherwise, I know my post is in safe hands. Thanks for all the hard work you do

Everytime I go here for whatever reason I'm disappointed. If it's service wise or facilities. Today to pick up post not delivered at my address and the text says Helensvale LPO. Which apparently isn't this post office in Helensvale center. BE MORE SPECIFIC in your communication aus post. It's hard enough to get to the office when you work a normal job then to get there and it be the wrong one.
