I came into the store a couple of weeks ago and I tried to brush off this experience but I still am utterly disappointed of how this woman treated me. Hopefully she doesn’t treat other customers like this, as she just lost a sale for the business.

I was willing to spend a lot of money at this store to get what I wanted, but immediately was profiled as being too young to have much money.
She also made me feel as if I was stupid. Her demeanour was very patronising.

This was my second visit to the store. The first time was well over a year ago...I needed photos printed for a locket in memory of some family members. I don't remember the name of the person who did it, but they broke the clasp and damaged it a little bit.

About a week ago, I bought a new locket (the other one tarnished) - long story short, I went back to these guys as they were close to my work at the time. I was first served by Tommi, who was very helpful and answered all my questions; after purchasing my new locket from the jewellers, I went back and dropped it off, hoping to be served by him but was served by Zebra/Rueben instead - who was pretty disrespectful and unprofessional. He was unnecessarily abrupt, rude and rushed me. I noticed he was rolling his eyes at me when I was in the process of emailing the photos I was choosing for my locket. I mentioned to him about what happened with my first one, and he tried to say I was lying and inspected the first one, telling me there was no way it could have been damaged by their staff. He fiddled with the new one. The only reason why I brought it up was so they were aware that I didn't want it to happen again and for the person who fits the new photos, to please be careful as its sentimental to me; a gift in memory of my Dad for Father's Day. All he did was smirk and rush me again before shoving the receipt my way....Worst customer service I've ever received.

The locket was ready the next day as promised by Tommi, and was prepared by the lovely and professional Sierra. She did a fantastic job and took the time and care required to get it perfect. I'm very happy with my new locket and have worn it with pride every day since.

I am only giving this place 2 stars due to lack of professionalism by Zebra. However, the work Sierra did more than made up for his attitude. If I ever need to go back to this store, I would rather be served by her or Tommi. Hopefully next time I'll be able to leave a 5 star review.
