Took an LG upright stick vaccuum back there within warranty that had been getting stuck in the housing dock to be sent away and fixed. They detached it from the dock but never fixed the real problem which was the trap door on the upright vacuum itself, which i explained to them. My understanding is that while it's under their warranty then they do as minimal as possible to get it back to you quickly without resolving the issue that got it stuck in the 1st place and now the power head is blown and the trap still has never stayed closed since I got it back, the warranty is out and now they are going to fix it properly and replace everything including the door because I am now paying for it. Go figure! I wouldn't bother with this type of electrical product warranty as I think it's just a big scam. They will just keep adding bandaids and saying nothing needs replacing until you're out of warranty anyway then tell u everything needs replacing when they arent paying for it!

Purchased a dell laptop back in August, wasn't charging properly took it back to swap it when really they had only given us a new charger as this was the last in stock ( we weren't aware of this and just thought we were given a new laptop). Worked until just recently and stopped charging took it back to get a in store credit but were told we had to send it away to get repaired as this was the last one in stock. After a few discussions we were given credit to purchase another laptop for my son's school. This would not have happened if it wasn't for the great customer service Andrew had given us.
