Driver destroyed +$1k worth of my stock, had to close the restaurant because who wants a burger with nothing but bread and lettuce.

No reimbursement whatsoever.
Dropped & ignored all communication.

Their display of delivery driving from the Gold Coast back to their depot in Burnside Road would have to be the worst Ive seen, if you claim to have GPS tracking then why are they exceeding 110kmh and using the right hand lanes of the M1? Not to mention the constant lane changing and tailgating, it seems to be the same person every day.

The company is running lean and trim hence customer service may not five star but they do have good price as compare to the bigger player in the industry. They are very efficient, i placed my order via sms at 10pm and they still deliver they next today. Worth a try.

You guys not care about the service! Only care about the money! Very hard to reach your boss ,if your business partner has a big issues! Your driver broke us cool room door! Do you care ! Very bad service! Very bad quality food and quality service! Everyone should left you ,to different butcher !

Worst sales team. They need to learn English. They got no quality control whatsoever. Ask for small breast and they will send you the biggest size. Chicken shreds on cooking. Wonder how they are able to operate in Australia.Even the delivery drivers have a bad attitude.
