We came here about 9pm last Monday for the first time and were served by a lovely polite boy. The food was quick and delicious and the dining in area was clean and tidy.

We were hesitant at first with all of the other reviews however our expectations were met and exceeded. We will be back!

They actually put no seasoning on my chips as the shaker was empty then when I asked for some seasoning they proceeded to pour a mountain of seasoning on my chips and said “do you want a container in case there isn’t enough” just rude when I asked for something so small. Worst gyg in Gold Coast. The wait is also way too long.

Tonight I ordered regular Burrito with grilled chicken for my son , order no 532. Waited 25 minutes for the order.After coming home found out there was not a single piece of chicken only been rice and salsa. It is clear cheating and last time we had nearly burnt chicken. Also they never answer the phone.
I am calling tomorrow for complain.

Is the online order a joke? Set my pickup for 8:40, 7 people in the back, me and two other customers are in the store and I got my food at 9:05. No communication between me and the staff, got treated like I wasn’t there. How do people who order later than me get their food first? Workers at the back just having laugh, not a thought about waiting customers. You workers might need a cut in pay, that might make you work harder. Countless drive through a got their food and I was there standing for 25 minutes. When I finally got my food I asked if the drink is in the bag, she lady who served me said should be and shoved me the bag. This franchise is a joke, from unprofessional employees to expensive mediocre food. This is the 4th time happening as well, will not be coming back.

DONT GO HERE - Find another GYG to waste your money on.

Staff were eating in the kitchen with gloves on while I was waiting for my food, 3 of them… (6:10pm 9/2/25)

Spent over $80 and the burritos were ordered the same just one without sour cream and it looks like I’ve ordered a kids one… not to mention the sauces looked like half a squirt was put into it…

Poor service, overpriced and a rip off!

We were the only customers in the store, waited 5 minutes to be served, ordered 2 mini nachos, no beans, and 2 kids burrito meals. Take away. The mini nachos were ordered with tortilla chips instead we were given fries nachos. My son is an athlete and has a strict diet high protein, low carb. If they had told us they were out of tortilla chips we would have ordered something else. Instead we got home and had a nasty fattening surprise. It was late at night after training. I will be going in on Friday to complain in store. Customer service is appalling. I called the store 26 times with no answer, only an answering machine which I refuse to use as I am still waiting on a reply from their last mistake were they put no lettuce at all on the kids taco’s. Poor form GYG Helensvale.

I ordered chicken nachos, no pico - I trusted that the order would be right. I get home to find that the cook disregarded the no pico request and put pico on my nachos - I was unable to eat it and was not going to drive back to get a new one.

I understand at the time you were very busy, but it’s a little annoying to wait ages to be served when you see workers just talking, and then to wait over 20 minutes for your food for it to be wrong and you see workers talking the whole time and not completing the job right.

I went there this afternoon and spoke to three separate staff to make sure there was no dairy on the food for my lactose intolerant kids. I got home and there was cheese. They'd clearly realised and picked off the majority of it but this isn't good enough! We couldn't give it to the kids and they were so disappointed!!
