We had the loveliest, relaxing Mother's Days at your farm. There was something for all ages. The quality of food and produce on sale and market stalls were full of interesting locally made items. But the animals stole the show for all.

We stayed last weekend as an extended family of 10. We had a truly awesome and amazing time. Kay and Dave were so very welcoming and took the time to answer all our questions. The Tommerup’s set up for Farmstays is just so ideal. We loved that it was only us on the farm.

The Homestead was so authentic and cosy with all the necessary mod cons and everything at our fingertips in the kitchen, everything we needed was there.

The products we brought from the Lader shop were all so delicious and of such a high quality.

Our boys 6, 5 and 5 and 6 months old just had a blast and enjoyed feeding the animals so much. It’s really opened their eyes to farm life and they haven’t stopped talking about it all. Their highlights were smashing the pumpkins and the buggy rides.

My highlight was Dave showing us all the milking and the boys getting to help out. Just think it’s so Important they understand and know where our food comes from.

There was so much to do of a day to keep our kids busy outside in the fresh air. We visited the creek and the river, played in the paddock.

Thank you again for our wonderful stay. We would not hesitate to recommend Tommerup’s.

Such a beautiful location. We were there for a Mothers Day picnic. Communication was brilliant, so no guesses about what's expected or what to bring. Great musician for the event and so easy to roam and enjoy the animals and the food and wine. Will hopefully be back for a farmstay!

We stayed at Tommerups for 4 nights in Sep-Oct 2023 with our 2 young kids and our friends who have 3 young children. Without a doubt we all had a fantastic time.
The house was well big enough for 9 of us, and very comfortable and well appointed.
Kay and Dave the farmers and hosts were unbelievably welcoming and fantastic with the kids.
We milked cows, fed pigs/goats/sheep/ducks/chickens/calves, cuddled guinea pigs and my daughter even caught her very first fish in the river out the back. The kids said the guinea pigs were the favourite 🤣
Phone and internet reception is sketchy (especially on Optus) but that was nice to avoid distractions for a few days, but you can get coverage if you really need to.
We cooked in the kitchen or the bbq every night and purchased some of the farm's own steak which was delicious.
We also went to Darlington Park one day for a swim and a play (5mins up the road) which was fun.
Overall a great stay and totally recommended 👍

Had the most amazing time at the farm. The family is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The animals are stunning and look extremely well taken care of. I love the calm and peaceful energy, the views and the way the whole area is set up especially the cafe area and seating. Thank you all for such an unforgettable experience and the amazing produce!

My sister and I visited the Towri growers markets just to get some of the Tommerups dairy products. We bought quite a bit of produce and we love each one! Quality products and the two dairy farmers (mother and son), were kind, courteous and just so lovely! We ended up buying, ice cream, cream on top milk, crème fresh, double cream, butter, yoghurt, bacon and eggs.

Their bacon looked like the perfect ratio of fat to meat and looked divine (can’t wait to cook it up), their double cream could pass for the softest ice cream with its consistency! My sister ended up almost finishing the milk just in the ride home. It’s creamy throughout and really top notch - yum!

Great products!

We look forward to visiting the farm on an open day to purchase more produce.

Our family would like to thank you for a wonderful holiday we had over the weekend. We totally enjoyed ourselves in the delightful restored cottage accommodation. Delicious farm produce and great experience interacting with the animals especially feeding the pigs. I would recommend this for anyone who would like to experience farm living.
