Stepping into the modern, fully remote-controlled glass lodge feels like entering a five-star hotel, offering a mesmerizing 360-degree panoramic view. Words cannot do justice to the magnificent scenery—the mountains and fields transform beautifully throughout the day as the sun moves, creating a living masterpiece
The solitude of this retreat enhances the experience, making every moment feel like a peaceful paradise. Whether you're enjoying a delicious breakfast or a relaxing evening bath on the terrace, the connection with nature is truly special.

Spent 2 nights - Views are amazing, host is amazing, the daily breakfast was amazing, even showering is amazing there! You’re surrounded by the Boarder Ranges and lush cow paddocks. The host provides a golf buggy to get around from the parking to the Vista (which has a spectacular view of Mt Warning). Each glass house has its own stone bathtub located on the deck and are well equiped with kitchen utensils etc. Will absolutely return!

We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. It is absolute perfection. A stunning private getaway on a dream property. It doesn’t matter if it’s raining or perfectly sunny. It’s just a Devine getaway. the gorgeous mountains wrap around the acreage and it’s so private and quiet and peaceful. Th rooms are tastefully styled and impeccably clean. I cannot fault the friendliness of the host, the location, the standard of accomodation and the beautiful touches from the robe and slippers to the home grown produce for breakfast. Was an amazing getaway !

What a weekend away! We had the most relaxing, enjoyable, and unique weekend away at Avion Retreat. The owners have thought of everything, from the moment you arrive, you leave your everyday life at the gate when you load up your buggy and head up to your glasshouse. The glasshouse is amazing, I can't even describe the feeling and how much they compliment the stunning views, you feel like you are the only people for miles. The food....delicious, do yourself a favour and order the BBQ pack and cheeseboard, Shonnea has thought of everything to limit the cooking so more time can be spent enjoying the peace and the views. I can't recommend this place enough and we are lucky enough to have it within 2 hours from home so I can see a few long weekends spent here. Thank you so much Shonnea and Jamie, you have provided not only accommodation but an exceptional experience and I can't wait to come back again soon.

“Exceptional Experience!

We had an incredible stay at this Avion Retreat Airbnb! The host, Shonnea and Jamie, were extremely responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

The house was stunning - beautiful, clean, spotless, and immaculate. The breathtaking views were simply amazing! We loved the buggy car experience and the starry nights were unforgettable. The bath tub with a mountain view was pure bliss!

Each day, we woke up to a new and exciting breakfast surprise, courtesy of our wonderful hosts! The breakfast spread was delicious, with everything we needed provided in the fridge - a lovely touch! We felt thoroughly pampered!

Special mentions to their mouthwatering Basilico pasta and the unique dragonfruit and plum jam, which became my husband's new favorite!

We also enjoyed playing games with the provided game cards on the porch, taking in the stunning views. The eating area with Mount Warning views is a sight to behold!

But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the extra special touches. Jamie gave us the unique experience of feeding their beautiful cows, Josh, Lokie, and Charlie. And, as it was my husband's birthday, they surprised us with a 'Happy Birthday' setup in our room!

To top it off, Jamie and Shonnea gifted my husband a thoughtful birthday present with a heartfelt, handwritten card. This gesture made his birthday even more memorable.

We left Avion Retreat with countless wonderful memories, and we can't wait to return. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway, look no further!

Avion Retreat truly is a place like no other. We searched for a long time to find somewhere we could switch off from reality and unwind - Avion exceeded our expectations.
Shonnea goes above and beyond to make sure you want for nothing. I was initially unsure about having to cook and prepare our own meals, however the food is prepared in such a way that you barely need to lift a finger - meals were exquisite!!
I cannot recommend Avion Retreat highly enough, and we will most definitely be back.
