Had my car serviced and asked them to tell me what the check engine code meant and to tell me everything that needed to be fixed on my car I was told that the coolant reservoir was brittle and should be replaced now I just went for a drive and I could hear a hissing noise every 5 seconds so I pulled over to investigate what it was and now the hose is snapped off of it and it wasn’t like that when I took it in there

Have taken a few cars here, and they have taken me for a ride every time. Lady on the phone and behind the desk is very unprofessional and in a way disrespectful which In turn has made my finale decision that no more of our cars will be going there. Will not recommend to my family and friends, the mechanic has a I'm right your wrong attitude well I hope he enjoys the couple of thousands he has gotten from us, if he was half decent he would be getting more but no, I guess these days it's all about the quick buck

They had the car done pretty quickly. Wrote me up a list of jobs that might need doing soon and have pretty much cemented themselves as "Our" Mechanics. A few weeks after we'd been here, I started having issues with my car not starting when I'd been driving for a while. My husband took a look and found that the oil had been so over filled that it could very well had ruined my engine if I hadn't noticed these issues. He drained 1.5L back out of my engine and it still registered as over full on the dipstick. As a result we never returned. Have found a mechanic elsewhere.
