We are very pleased with the quality of the Karndean Longboard - Field Oak vinyl planks and the professionalism of the installation (Ronaldo and Jesse). We chose the hybrid spotted gum flooring from Andersons.We would like to extend our thanks and gratitude to James who introduced us to the new product in a concise manner- enabling us to choose the precise product for our home. The installation team -Ronaldo and his apprentice Elijah performed a seamless operation.To say we are thrilled by the end product would be an understatement. We are overwhelmed by the result, it literally transformed our lounge/dining room. The operation went smoothly and without fuss. We would recommend Andersons for any flooring requirements.

James and the team were fabulous with helping us to re carpet our house. Very friendly and knowledgeable with great prices. James worked with us to make the carpet joins where we wanted them, and not just in the most convenient but visible spot. Super flexible to book the carpet in to be laid at times that suited me.

Due to building a 60 sqm rear extension onto our character house, we needed new carpet for our master suite and new oak flooring for our new extended kitchen. Sarah from Andersens provided us with top notch service and guidance starting in the showroom and in a subsequent home visit.
We are thrilled with our choice of quality flooring which we have received many compliments on. Ronaldo the installer did an excellent job as did the carpet layers. I highly recommend Andersens for expert advice, service and competitive pricing on their excellent range of flooring.

We recently had to pull up some bamboo flooring and replace the other 3 rooms worthh of carpet. The knowledge, competitive pricing, service and friendliness (always warm and welcoming!!) was second to none. Would definitely recommend the Andersens Ipswich team everyday of the week. I'm sure they treat everyone like this, but they also definitely look after the veterans which is a really nice touch. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Dealt with Andersen's Ipswich for our new floor coverings. Service was fantastic and the easy and pleasant to deal with. Our thanks to Rob for all the assistants and guidance. The guys who came to our house to lay the flooring where unbelievable that had the old flooring up in no time and the new flooring down just as quick. Highly recommend this company.
