very unfriendly, the male pharmacist made a older lady cry in front of the whole store because she couldn’t afford the price of a tablet. so she wanted the generic one which was a $30 difference cheaper, he then complained about having to redo the script and the lady had to go in the corner crying as she had just gotten out of hospital and was going through stuff. very unprofessional and disgusting

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Always smiling. Scripts are always reasonable price and quick at fulfilling the scripts.
Don’t have to wait around like other pharmacies.

First time that a doctor has been able to diagnose what has been giving me headaches and pain for 5 years - just in the first session! Thanks Dr Zoe Martinez - you are always worth the wait 🙂

In this day and age, it's easy to get impatient with long wait times...to me it simply means the doctor is careful and likes to ensure they have made the time to diagnose you properly.

If you are someone who can't take the wait, and need to go somewhere where they will whip you in and out again and treat you like a number, go to one of the other million Medical centres in Townsville.

I don't mind the wait, because I know that when I am in with the doctor, I get her undivided attention, and she spends as much time with me to get the job done, not get the Medicare invoice signed.

I went to that pharmacy sometime ago with a prescription and a chinese lady there said yes, she checked the price that the chemist warehouse has and gave me the medicine for the same price. today 8/02/2023 I went back but this time there were more white anglos than anything else, I told them that the lady price matched it for me and showed them the receipt, a white woman said yes but it has gone up a bit, it is now 6 dollars something I said fine, but the pharmacist a man, white anglo told the woman to sell it to me for double the price and woman being silly tried to bamboozle me with stupid stories of safety nets and asked me about 3 times if I had a concession, I was not born here but I am not stupid, I have a university degree, I am not a person with little education. they tried to fool me by doubling the price, I said cancel it. I went to a pharmacy around the willows, they sold it to me for just over 6 dollars as it should be , did not try to scam me at all.
upper ross discount drug store has good people working there but today I faced bad ones, disgusting, pathetic, unprofessional.

Lovely helpful pharmacist and staff.
Place is a bit small and cramped but that's ok.
Bit of wait for scripts but they're pretty busy.
Product range fine for the space.

Don't come here!!!! This chemist is meant to be for health, the health and wellbeing of people are not the priority of this chemist. Do not leave scripts with this place they cannot be trusted, and check every price and then check your receipt, because they rip you off every time. This place is about profit not health
