This hunting store is beautifully decorated and well-organized. The customer service was pretty good, and the prices for hunting gear and tools were reasonable. Overall, I had a great experience shopping here.

One thing that caught my eye was the impressive fish tank - I couldn't help but admire it!

Found some nice items at unusually reduced prices. Customer service was pretty unavailable with the seasonal floor stocking transition confusion, including longer than usual wait times at checkout. The store was otherwise not very busy midweek with customers.

My host and i stopped to check out the archery items. The staff we encountered were cordial and somewhat knowledgeable. We bought several items to try out in hopes of resolving our bow dilema. The store was clean and well stocked. Checkout was fast with little to no waiting.

Do not buy a boat from here unless you have owned one before and don't need lots of hand holding. Staff was inexperienced in boat sales. During walkthrough the sales rep didnt even know what was going on. I had to ask all the questions as the sales guy was really clueless how to go over the boat and its features. Finally a tech came out and told the sales guy “you need to know this stuff” then proceeded to actually give me a proper walkthrough and was able to track down my boat cover extra key and manuals. Got the boat home and noticed the Bimini top cover was torn and I texted a picture to the sales manager along with a picture of where the bolt for the Bimini came apart during operation of the boat and almost ripped off the rails. I didn't get a response. A week later went in and tried to get the replacement bolt and was turned away and asked to bring the boat back to replace a single bolt to the Bimini. So thats 20 miles of trailering and taking the boat from the dock and loading to a trailer. 4-5 hour ordeal with gas expenses. I also had a friend buy a tracker side by side and said the same thing about the sales guys being idiots and the techs being really the only ones that know whats going on. In the future I now know to have them tighten all the bolts to the Bimini top before leaving and also walking over the condition of the covers and other mechanical things to avoid future hassles. Techs are great. Sales guys are untrained and not great at customer service.

Made sure everything was crystal clear before using my order, and shared some of his knowledge. Not to forget Miss Amber, who is very welcoming and always smiling. She too, made sure I had all the information explained and shared other upcoming events.

Cabelos is truly an outdoor toy store for the everyday family. The store has so many items that I use almost daily, yeti coolers,cups, and lunch bags. I also use my traegar almost every day and have been considering a cabelos brand pellet smoker. I have purchased different types of wood pellets at Cabelos. They have many seasoning options, and I started making my own jerky with seasonings I purchased at Cabelos. I will come back to Cabelos. The downside of the store is the price on several items they are much higher in price. I purchased a Ruger SR22 at another store, and it is $100. More at Cabelos. In my opinion there are things you can not find in other places that easy. The store is worth it to me for the things I like, and I will continue going to Cabelos it is worth it to me. Bobbie L was super helpful, and I would like her to know she did a great job today.
