Some of the worst customer service I have received from any business. Staff didn't have most of what I wanted, couldn't care less, wouldn't even tell me if they were getting more stock, let alone when. They were rude, completely uncaring and unhelpful. Maybe they just treat grey nomads and out of towners that way. I'm not sure, but it's certainly the last place I would recommend for anyone looking for help, service, product knowledge, or stock because you won't get it there.
Your advice was to just replace my red hot water pipe with black, breaking Australian standards and being unsafe. You wouldn't tell me if you were getting any of the correct colour again. You had the fittings I phoned about, but not the clips to use them. Your staff couldn't even tell me if they would be getting the required clips. Sorry, but you were extremely unhelpful.
