This woman Jody showed me absolute rudeness. I had a small printing job of around $85, when I asked an innocent question to tell me about the "no bleed" details, she threw back "Oh my god..." at me, as if to blatantly imply irration at my lack of printing knowledge. I am religious and this is offensive. She also refused to cut my paper with a guillotine because $85 just isn't worth it, I guess? Unbelievable! I don't know how these people stay in business.
