I have lived in Mount Isa for over 20 years. During that time I would have to rate Sunset Butchery as the ' Hands Down Best in Town '.
Special Orders are ALWAYS accommodated for, and the Quality Service and Value for Money is SECOND TO NONE !!! 👌

Best butcher in the ISA don’t go anywhere else. Best Vegemite & Cheese sausages I have had Australia wide and the meat quality and service is second to none.

This a must stop. Best rib fillet I have ever had, lots of flavour and melting tender. All the meat we purchased here on our way through was amazing, if I had known it was so good I would have bought more.

Everytime I come to Isa for work I go home with a bag full of the best Rib Fillet in the world! And I think the bit i got the other day is the best yet!!

The old bird in there could use a lesson or two in customer service, rude and abrupt every time iv been served by her and often talks to other friends in the shop while in the middle of serving others (missing/getting wrong parts of orders as a result). Meats fine if you only want whats in the cabinet, but heaven forbid your after something outside of the regular cuts or overpriced sausages. Classic Mount Isa shop, you will take what we've got and how we give it. No exceptions
