One of the best sewing specialists I have seen in a long time. Stocks quality fabrics and machines as well as sewing notions that just don't easily get these days. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and there is a range of classes you can do from dressmaking and pattern fit taught by the wonderful Larraine Jenkins to loads of quilting classes. You could spend hours in this store.

Very helpful and informative. Helped me choose the perfect sewing machine for my needs and provided plenty of help/tuition. Fabrics in store are beautiful quality, far superior to other fabric stores.

I would put a rating of zero if it was possible.
I paid these people $50 to look at my Babylock overlocker to find out why it wasn't working. I got a phone call to say it could not be repaired. I wanted to take it to someone else to get a second opinion because I bought this machine because it was all light industrial with metal mechanical parts that could always be repaired and was not a throw-away item.
When I went to collect it they could not find it to give it back to me. I have asked several times for the machine. I purchased it new fifteen years ago and it cost me almost $900 at that time. I would never trust these people with my machine. It was suggested that they repaired and sold it.
