A charming little gem amongst the delightful little town of Boorowa. Filled with Australian wine it’s a nice change from the usual pub scene. Jeremy the owner was sure to provide an insightful chat! Would visit again.

We visited this charming little bar last Thursday afternoon.
Didn't know anything about it but luckily I spotted Jeremy the owner putting out the open sign .
This bar has many delicious local wines and snacks are also available.
Jeremy is a great host and is a mine of information on the local area!
Also you can buy a book at this eclectic bar , as they host a local bookclub here .
Thanks for the hospitality, we will be back !

It’s official name is The Absolutely Superb Bibliothèque and Occasional Wine Bar, Boorowa. A wine bar that champions produce and wine from the Hilltops region. Look for the Kangaroo in the doorway. Book readings, comedians and music can appear. Follow their socials.
You can’t visit Boorowa without a visit to The Occasional.

Some friends and I specially went to check it out on Friday and it wasn't open at 2.45pm. The website shows they're open from 2pm. Disappointing. Unless there's another wine bar in Boorowa?
