I has rented Oxygen here and paid $149 the service man said this price covered everything don't need to pay any extra. After a month they send to me the bill Container held .What's do you think guys , are they lied to customers

Friendly team with great customer service. Went to change my LPG cylinder on the weekend and enquired about dust masks. The team was very helpful and educated me on the different levels of protection available. Would highly recommend shopping here for your Welding / Gases & Safety equip as good service is rare with many industrial supply stores.

Went in to get welding rods. Both the the lady in charge and the assistant helped me with exactly what I needed. They even gave me a sample to try. Highly recommend shopping there.

Really bad experience. I bought a sticker welder without gun and earth clamp which it should have.
It is apparently their fault and they refuse to deliver it to me. Waste my time.

Should have posted this when it happened, but all I can say is that the customer service here is atrocious. If you don't want to be ridiculed for asking legitimate questions or go through unnecessarily long processes of trying to help them solve an issue then do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all cost.
